Our History

TG was established in 1985 and Trivedi Enterprises Pvt. Ltd. (TEPL) is the flagship company of the group.  The group’s expertise in project management led to successful installation of several projects ranging from Surfactants, Activated Carbons and Edible oils.  The group has expanded its activities by entering into licensing agreements for leading edge technologies and has today diversified in the fields of Green chemistry, Environmental technologies, Edible oils, Specialty chemicals and Hair & Skin care.

In 1989 the group entered into collaboration with Chemithon Enterprises Inc. (CEI), a world leader in the field of Sulfonation and Environmental technologies.  Currently TG enjoys a position of leadership in both these areas in India.  With the growing emphasis on Green technologies based on Oleochemicals, TG has established an operating company in Singapore along with CEI as its JV partner.  This business is aimed at providing growth for the emerging markets in Asia, Middle East & Africa.

TG also has a trading arm based in Singapore for Surfactants, Specialties and Oleo products.  This company also carries out market research, product development and offers a logistics and distribution hub in Singapore.

The group was founded by Mr. Sanjay N. Trivedi who heads it as the Chairman and is ably supported by a team of professional managers who have a wide range of experience with emerging technologies, fabrication, site construction and project management activities.
